Approach to Treatment
I believe in a holistic and client-centered approach to treatment. My practice utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help further an understanding of the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behavior. I also use skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to assist in emotional regulation, distress management, mindfulness, and relationship and communication effectiveness.
