I’m Patricia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. I’m glad you’re here!
My passion is to help you heal and thrive. I work to assist my clients in navigating challenging mood disorders including depression and anxiety, disordered eating recovery, overwhelming life transitions, and relationship conflict.
Prior to opening my practice, I worked in residential treatment and intensive-outpatient programming (IOP) to support adolescents struggling with eating disorders and mood disorders.
I enthusiastically ascribe to the values of the social work profession to maintain the dignity and worth of all people, advocate for social justice, serve with competence and integrity, and promote the importance of healthy interpersonal relationships.
My practice affirms your identity and welcomes all body sizes, genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities, races, and abilities.
I was born and raised on the east coast in Northern Virginia but recently moved to Santa Barbara with my husband and baby boy. I grew up playing team sports, and I still love playing soccer on the weekends. I also enjoy long walks while I listen to a good TV rewatch podcast.
